Which countries are included in the UK?
The following countries are included in our definition of the UK for delivery purposes: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and all BFPO addresses. For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, please see our Europe delivery rates.
How will it be delivered?
All items destined for a UK addresses will be dispatched by First Class post, using Recorded Delivery. You will receive a "Dispatch Confirmation Email" on the day that you order is dispatched.
How long will it take to arrive?
You can expect to receive your order within ten working days after placing your order.
N.B. Delivery times to BFPO addresses are dependent on British Forces Post Office schedules.

Depending upon where in Europe your shipping address is, you can expect to receive your order within 12 to 14 working days after placing your order.

Rest of World
Which countries are included in the Rest of the World?
If the country you have selected as your delivery destination is not included in our lists for UK and Europe then we consider it to be in the Rest of the World for our dispatch purposes. This includes all countries in North America (USA, Canada), Asia (Japan, China, Pakistan, India, etc.), Australia and New Zealand, all African countries, Central America (Guatemala, Nicaragua, Panama, etc.), the Caribbean and Mexico, South America (Colombia, Chile, Argentina, etc.).

All items destined for addresses in the Rest of the World will be dispatched using International Signed For Airmail. You will receive a "Dispatch Confirmation Email" on the day that you order is dispatched.
How long will it take to arrive?
Depending upon where in the Rest of the World your shipping address is, you can expect to receive your order within 12 to 14 working days after placing your order.
